This is the third meeting in the "LIGO-India: The Road Ahead" (LITRA) series since LIGO-India received its in-principle approval from the Government of India last year. It will be a focused meeting consolidating mostly progress in the working groups set up at earlier LITRA meetings to help the process of building and commissioning LIGO-India and to carry out research for designing the next generation detectors beyond Advanced LIGO.
